Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts for regional operations
- Analyze variance reports and provide strategic recommendations to leadership
- Lead budgeting processes across 15+ business units
- Prepare executive dashboards and KPI tracking using provided BI tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on capital allocation decisions
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Mentor junior analysts using our proprietary training systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years financial analysis experience in tech or consulting
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, and SAP proficiency
- Experience with FP&A processes and variance analysis
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- US citizenship or valid work authorization required
