Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to create comprehensive reports and forecasts for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for investment evaluation and risk assessment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and strategic planning processes
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and recommend actionable financial improvements
- Prepare quarterly board presentations highlighting key financial metrics and trends
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
