Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, variance reports, and KPI dashboards
- Develop comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Present complex financial data to executive stakeholders through clear visualizations
- Lead process improvement initiatives for financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP/Oracle ERP systems
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
