Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and valuation analysis for M&A opportunities and capital projects
- Develop actionable insights from complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Power BI
- Prepare executive-level presentations for quarterly board meetings and investor briefings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize portfolio performance metrics
- Lead ad-hoc financial investigations and market trend analysis
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and internal audit protocols
- Mentor junior analysts on financial best practices and analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in banking, investment, or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling, Power BI, and SQL with Python skills a plus
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SEC reporting, and valuation methodologies
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Certification in financial modeling or data analytics (e.g., FMVA, CQF) highly desirable
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact financial projects in fast-paced environments
