Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and metrics to produce actionable insights for executive leadership
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets with 10%+ year-over-year growth targets
- Prepare detailed variance reports and performance dashboards highlighting key business drivers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency
- Lead financial due diligence processes for M&A opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
- Present complex financial findings to stakeholders through executive-level presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in financial analysis with technology or startup exposure
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and valuation methodologies
