Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic planning
- Analyze financial performance metrics and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and risk areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare board presentations and executive reports
- Lead budgeting processes across multiple business units with precision and accuracy
- Conduct ad-hoc financial modeling for M&A opportunities and market expansion initiatives
- Maintain and optimize financial reporting systems for enhanced data visualization
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in healthcare or professional services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
