Responsibilities
- Design and maintain complex financial models for valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Analyze financial performance data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with department heads to develop strategic budgets and capital allocation plans
- Streamline financial reporting processes using advanced Excel, SQL, and BI tools
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses supporting M&A initiatives and operational improvements
- Mentor junior analysts and ensure compliance with SOX and GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or advisory settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling software
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into clear narratives
- Proven track record of delivering accurate financial insights under tight deadlines
