Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and valuation analysis
- Analyze financial performance trends and prepare executive-ready reports for stakeholders
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize cost structures and identify growth opportunities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic initiatives
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Present financial findings to senior leadership through compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance or investment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling and pivot tables
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau experience a plus)
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights
- Excellent communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation strongly preferred
