Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and economic indicators to produce comprehensive financial models and forecasts
- Develop detailed valuation models for M&A transactions and investment opportunities
- Create executive-ready dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Excel
- Present findings to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Conduct due diligence reviews and risk assessments for potential investments
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend strategic adjustments
- Collaborate with investment committees to support decision-making processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, macros, pivot tables) and financial modeling
- Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools
- Strong understanding of SEC regulations and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proven track record of delivering accurate financial projections and valuations
