Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify variances and opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for valuation and scenario planning
- Prepare executive dashboards and KPI reports with clear visualizations
- Collaborate with department heads on strategic initiatives and cost optimization
- Lead month-end closing processes with accurate reconciliations
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for M&A opportunities
- Maintain compliance with SOX and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel skills with complex modeling capabilities
- Proficiency in SQL and financial reporting tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Energy sector experience highly valued
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- CPA certification preferred
