Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with clear data visualization
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize cost structures and improve profitability
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including ROI analysis and capital expenditure reviews
- Streamline financial processes using automation and advanced Excel/Power BI techniques
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls and regulatory reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and Power BI/Tableau
- Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to present to C-level executives
- Detail-oriented with meticulous attention to accuracy and deadlines
