Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business optimization
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, planning, and strategic initiatives
- Prepare and present financial insights to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable recommendations
- Streamline financial processes and implement automation tools to enhance efficiency
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic insights
