Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business optimization
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets with 15%+ accuracy improvement
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for leadership team review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and M&A activities
- Monitor KPIs and financial performance metrics against industry benchmarks
- Lead process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling software
- Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools
- CPA or CFA designation strongly preferred
