Responsibilities

- Collaborate with department heads to prepare departmental budgets and monitor performance
- Evaluate investment opportunities and assess financial risks for strategic initiatives
- Automate financial reporting processes using advanced Excel and BI tools

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and regulatory compliance
