Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to support strategic planning and forecasting
- Develop comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Prepare executive-ready financial reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional projects to evaluate investment opportunities and ROI
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations while maintaining internal controls
- Collaborate with operations teams to optimize cost structures and improve profitability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in tech or fintech
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
- Expertise in SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
