Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and KPIs to produce comprehensive reports for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Conduct variance analysis between projected and actual results with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Present financial insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Stay current with industry regulations and best practices in financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software (e.g., Bloomberg, Tableau)
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial statement analysis
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
- Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive audiences
