Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze variance between projected and actual financial results with actionable insights
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize budget allocation and resource planning
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including ROI analysis and market opportunity assessments
- Maintain and enhance financial databases ensuring data integrity and accessibility
- Present complex financial findings to non-financial stakeholders through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Certification (CMA, CPA, or CFA) highly desirable
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate financial concepts for diverse audiences
