Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and economic indicators to inform investment strategies
- Develop financial models for valuation, forecasting, and risk assessment
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports highlighting key financial insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize capital allocation and resource utilization
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend strategic adjustments
- Lead due diligence processes for potential acquisitions and partnerships
- Stay current on regulatory changes affecting financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment banking or private equity
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Experience with portfolio valuation and risk management frameworks
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership
