Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial modeling and forecasting initiatives to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze complex financial data and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership
- Develop and maintain detailed budgets and variance reports across business units
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and controls
- Prepare executive-ready presentations and dashboards highlighting key performance metrics
- Evaluate investment opportunities and conduct ROI analysis for new projects
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and financial reporting standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and VBA
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation from financial systems
- Demonstrated experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
