Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable strategies
- Develop comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and variance reports for multi-million dollar portfolios
- Prepare executive presentations translating complex financial data into clear business narratives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize capital allocation and risk management
- Leverage SQL and Power BI to automate reporting processes and enhance data visualization
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support investment decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, financial modeling)
- Strong SQL skills with experience in financial data extraction and analysis
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and business intelligence tools
- Certification (CMA, CPA, or CFA) strongly preferred
