Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and prepare detailed variance reports for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional projects evaluating M&A opportunities and market expansion initiatives
- Collaborate with operations teams to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Present financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Mentor junior analysts and improve department reporting methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Power Query and VBA
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to executive audiences
