Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Develop and maintain complex Excel-based financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and financial data to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare budgets and quarterly financial statements
- Lead process improvement initiatives for financial reporting and analysis workflows
- Present financial findings to senior management through compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to present to C-suite executives
- Remote work experience with demonstrated self-discipline and time management
