Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and create detailed reports for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize cost structures and improve profitability
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Present findings to stakeholders using compelling visualizations and clear narratives
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Identify process improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling software
- Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proven track record of translating complex data into strategic recommendations
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to C-suite executives
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and SQL database queries
- Certification (CMA, CPA) or equivalent professional designation
