Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and scenario analysis
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting processes across business units

- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for investors and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and capital allocation
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and drive process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling tools
- SAP or Oracle ERP system experience required
- CFA or CPA certification strongly preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in variance analysis and financial reporting
