Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and forecast performance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Collaborate with department heads on budget planning and cost optimization
- Lead ad-hoc financial modeling projects for strategic initiatives
- Present findings to executive leadership using data visualization tools
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Mentor junior analysts on financial best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in regulated industries
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP
- CFA or CPA certification strongly preferred
- Experience with financial modeling and variance analysis
- Strong presentation skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
