Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics across 15+ resort properties using SAP and Oracle BI
- Develop annual budgets and quarterly rolling forecasts with 95%+ accuracy
- Create executive dashboards highlighting KPIs: RevPAR, GOP margin, and EBITDA trends
- Conduct market research on competitor pricing and regional economic indicators
- Lead cross-departmental projects to optimize operational cost structures
- Mentor junior analysts and improve departmental reporting processes
- Present findings to C-suite executives with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in hospitality/gaming
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling
- CFA or CPA certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record of improving financial processes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments
