Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and metrics to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource planning
- Prepare quarterly board presentations and regulatory compliance documentation
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including M&A due diligence and market expansion analysis
- Maintain and enhance financial reporting systems for accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment banking or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Experience managing financial projects with cross-departmental stakeholders
