Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and recommend strategic adjustments
- Develop comprehensive financial models for valuation, scenario analysis, and capital allocation
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for board meetings and investor briefings
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize operational efficiency and cost management
- Lead annual budgeting processes and monitor performance against KPIs
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations in all financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA or CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or advisory settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Certification (CFA, CPA) or active pursuit strongly preferred
