Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and market trends to inform strategic investment decisions
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with portfolio managers to conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize cost structures and improve profitability
- Prepare executive-ready presentations translating complex financial data into actionable insights
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment banking or asset management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and financial modeling software
- Demonstrated expertise in valuation methodologies (DCF, comps, precedent transactions)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex datasets
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
- FINRA Series 63/65 or 7 license (or willingness to obtain)
