Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for valuation, M&A analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles with executive-level presentations
- Analyze operational performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities across 15+ business units
- Coordinate annual budget processes and provide variance analysis with actionable recommendations
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting systems using Power BI and SAP
- Mentor junior analysts and lead cross-functional projects with FP&A teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in public accounting or corporate FP&A
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling software
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic insights
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership
