Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for revenue projections and cost analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with variance analysis
- Collaborate with department heads to build strategic budgets and KPI dashboards
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support investment decisions and market opportunities
- Lead process improvements in financial reporting and data accuracy
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software
- Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams
- CMA or CPA certification highly desirable
