Responsibilities

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with executive leadership on quarterly business reviews and strategic planning

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, PivotTables, complex functions)
- Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques (DCF, comps), and variance analysis
- Strong SQL and Power BI skills for data extraction and visualization
- CFA or CPA designation highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data for non-financial audiences
