Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting and budgeting processes
- Prepare executive-level presentations translating complex data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Lead month-end closing activities and variance analysis reporting
- Drive process automation initiatives using advanced Excel and BI tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights)
- Solid understanding of GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate to executive leadership
- CMA, CPA, or CFA certification preferred
