Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and market trends to develop investment strategies for agricultural enterprises
- Create detailed financial models for crop valuation, land acquisition, and equipment financing
- Prepare executive reports and presentations for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for $50M+ client portfolios
- Conduct risk assessments and compliance reviews for agricultural lending programs
- Mentor junior analysts and optimize financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting with CPA or CFA designation required
- 5+ years in financial analysis with agricultural sector experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of CA agricultural tax incentives and commodity markets
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Excellent communication skills with executive presentation experience
