Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop complex financial models to simulate business scenarios and assess the impact of potential initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP accounting standards and internal financial controls.
- Assist in the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and experience with financial modeling software.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives.
- CPA, CFA, or CMA certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
