Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to produce comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and variance reports

- Lead process improvements in financial reporting and data analytics workflows
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform financial strategy
- Manage month-end closing procedures and ensure SOX compliance

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in tech or healthcare sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling software
- Deep understanding of GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholder experience
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation strongly preferred
