Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze financial performance metrics, identifying trends and recommending actionable improvements
- Prepare detailed budgetary reports and variance analyses for executive leadership
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform investment strategies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex financial data
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
