In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our financial planning and analysis department, providing critical insights that shape our business strategy. You will work closely with executive leadership to forecast trends, analyze variances, and optimize resource allocation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts for revenue and expense projections.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with high accuracy and actionable insights.
- Assist in the budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to ensure realistic financial planning.
- Identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and the board of directors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related area.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Experience with financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or CPA designation is highly desirable.
