Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and forecasting to support long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project future performance and assess profitability.
- Assist in the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and drive business performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings through clear, compelling presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related areas.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VBA) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-financial audiences.
