Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and forecasting for 15+ commercial real estate assets
- Analyze variance reports and KPIs to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare executive-level presentations for quarterly board meetings
- Lead cross-functional budgeting cycles across three business units
- Develop ad-hoc financial models for new market expansion initiatives
- Maintain and optimize financial reporting dashboards using Power BI
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL
- Proven expertise in commercial real estate financial modeling
- Strong understanding of variance analysis and budgeting processes
- Excellent presentation skills with executive audience experience
- CPA or CFA certification highly valued
