Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis of financial data to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of financial goals with business objectives.
- Assist in the annual audit process and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Present financial insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Macros, Pivot Tables) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
