Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business optimization
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for executive leadership
- Lead budgeting and planning processes across multiple departments
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and M&A activities
- Present complex financial insights through clear, compelling visualizations and reports
- Maintain and improve financial reporting systems for accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling tools
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
