Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting.
- Develop complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth drivers.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Assist in the preparation of board presentations and internal financial audits.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
