Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and scenario analysis
- Lead month-end closing processes with variance analysis and reconciliation
- Create executive-ready dashboards visualizing KPIs and performance metrics
- Partner with department heads to optimize budget allocation and resource planning
- Conduct ad-hoc financial investigations supporting M&A activities
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and financial reporting standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and BI tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and SQL databases
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive experience
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
