Responsibilities
- Perform financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare departmental budgets and monitor spend
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including ROI analysis and capital expenditure reviews
- Streamline financial reporting processes using automation and best practices
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into clear insights
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
- Certification (CMA, CPA) or active pursuit strongly preferred
