Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models and forecasts for energy sector investments
- Analyze market trends and regulatory impacts to inform strategic recommendations
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and dashboards for leadership team
- Lead cross-functional budgeting and forecasting processes across departments
- Conduct variance analysis and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with investment teams on due diligence and valuation projects
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in energy or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, pivot tables, complex formulas)
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience with financial modeling and valuation methodologies
