Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics, trends, and variances to provide actionable insights for leadership
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets supporting multi-million dollar portfolios
- Lead month-end closing processes with rigorous variance analysis and reconciliations
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize cost structures and identify revenue opportunities
- Create executive-ready dashboards and presentations translating complex data into strategic narratives
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Drive process improvements through automation and advanced Excel/Power BI solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in financial analysis with demonstrated forecasting expertise
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
