Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for leadership
- Develop comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and variance reports
- Prepare executive presentations and dashboards using provided advanced analytics tools
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial performance
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend strategic improvements
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Maintain and enhance financial models using company-provided software
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software (equipment provided)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Certification (CFA, CPA) highly valued
