Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial analysis to support business planning and decision-making processes.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
- Assist in the development of the annual budget and long-term financial forecasts.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgeted figures.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project future performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) required.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting data to non-technical stakeholders.
