Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for executive leadership
- Support budgeting and planning processes across multiple business units
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for M&A activities and market expansion initiatives
- Present findings to senior management through compelling visual dashboards
- Collaborate with IT to optimize financial systems and reporting tools
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and Power BI
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial modeling principles
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and SQL
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data
- Proven track record of delivering accurate, timely financial insights
